United Academics has consistently prioritized issues that face Non-Tenure Track faculty at the University of Vermont in our negotiations with the UVM administration for full-time and part-time Collective Bargaining Agreements. This Fall 2019 Non-Tenure Track Faculty Caucus will help shape UA’s bargaining proposals as well as identify issues that might not translate into contract language but around which UA can organize to improve the working lives of Non-Tenure Track faculty at UVM.

The caucus is open to Non-Tenure Track faculty, including Clinical faculty, Extension faculty, Lecturers and Senior Lecturers, Library faculty, and Research faculty.
