Our bargaining ground rules limit us to sharing details about proposals only with our members and constituents. Members, you will find details and bargaining reports in your email and on our Members section of the website.

Part-time faculty negotiations began in February. Bargaining reports are sent to members following the sessions.

All United Academics members are invited to attend any bargaining session as observers. Most sessions are Thursdays from 9-11am.

Please plan to join (either in person or remote); we appreciate the support and solidarity!

Late April, 2025: Members, if you have feedback or questions, now is the time to let us know! Negotiations are moving along, and we want to be sure that we are focusing on the areas that are most important to you, our members!

February 2025: The time has come! We start bargaining our next Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for part-time faculty THIS THURSDAY! We feel prepared as a team and ready to get to work at the bargaining table to advocate for a contract that reflects our members’ priorities. We have gathered this from the bargaining survey that we sent out to members, from the recent meeting we held for all part-time faculty members, and finally from last week’s bargaining platform meeting.
